Central Sarasota Boat Storage is located at 1150 Central Ave and is .5 acres - typically for smaller boats and jet skis. Once you leave our yard, you'll be on the water in minutes.
We are located less than half a mile from the Gulf of Mexico and the 10th Street Public Boat Launch at Centennial Park. Additionally, the gas station on the corner of 10th and US41 sells recreational fuel for your boat and it's right on the way to the ramp.
We use a very secure payment processor to collect monthly fees. You can use a credit card, debit card or set up an ACH withdrawal from your checking account to pay for your monthly boat storage. There is no contract required. Leave whenever you need to.

Dan & Jen Mogensen have proudly lived in Sarasota since 2000. We've raised our family here and we run a successful landscaping business in addition to boat storage. We respect and appreciate the gorgeous natural environment that is the Gulf Coast of Florida and all the recreational activities it provides. We are scuba divers, fishermen, kayakers and boat owners ourselves. We love to waterski, skim board and play beach volleyball. If you are new to the area - Welcome! You're going to LOVE it here.
